I owned a 1997 Ford Escort and I called Jared Klapp asking about the 2008 Ford Edge. He was very helpful and informative about the vehicles. I told him that I was considering trading in my Escort but was unsure because it was my first car. He told me how much I could get for my car and said it was completely up to me. He didn't push me one way or another like most car salesman. He gave me his cell phone number and told me if there was anything I needed or to just ask a question to call him. When we went to go pick up the Edge, everyone that we saw was very nice and greeted us with "hello's" and "can I help you"! The process was very quick and we were out of there with the new car in about 30 minutes! Jared called me a couple days later just to see how the car was doing. I really appreciated all he has done for me and how patient he was. I don't know that I will ever get rid of my new car but if I do, I will go to Jared!!
